Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own licensed and properly insured caterer. Please note that an outside catering fee applies. Ceramic white plates, silverware, and glassware are included only with Springville Ranch’s in-house catering. Yes! Springville Ranch includes both a private Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room, giving you and your wedding party a comfortable place to relax, get ready, and enjoy the day before the ceremony. Each space is designed to provide privacy and convenience, allowing everyone to prepare while creating special memories before you say “I do.”

When you book your wedding at Springville Ranch, you’ll have a 7-hour event window for your ceremony and reception. For example, if your ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, your reception may continue until 11:00 PM. You’re also welcome to arrive as early as 9:00 AM to decorate and prepare for your special day. The setup time before your ceremony is complimentary and does not count toward your 7-hour event time.

Yes! Ceremony coordination is included with every wedding at Springville Ranch. We also include a one-hour rehearsal, scheduled based on venue availability. If you’d like to host your rehearsal dinner at the venue, you’re welcome to add it to your package for an additional fee.

Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets to be part of your wedding ceremony. However, pets must remain under the care and supervision of a designated handler at all times. The couple is fully responsible for their pet’s behavior, safety, and any damage or injuries that may occur while on the property. Springville Ranch is not liable for pets during the event. We recommend making arrangements for your pet to leave the venue after the ceremony unless otherwise approved in advance.
